Meet Our Dentists

Our experienced dental team is here to provide complete, reliable care for patients of all ages. At Door County Dental Care, we’re able to handle a wide range of dental needs right here in our office, making things more convenient for you and your family. By offering comprehensive care in one location in Sturgeon Bay, WI, we help you save time while ensuring you receive consistent, high-quality treatment you can trust.

Dr. Tyler Hubbard

Dr. Tyler Hubbard emphasizes comprehensive dental care in his practice and has a particular interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. His friendly personality and genuine concern for his patients’ best interests help him create warm, lasting relationships built on trust.

While completing his dental degree at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, Dr. Hubbard was selected as a Merit Award recipient each year for four consecutive years beginning in 1991. He is currently a member in good standing of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Brown-Door-Kewaunee Dental Society.

Dr. Hubbard has pursued advanced education in sedation dentistry to help patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during treatment. He also focuses on implant dentistry, using modern techniques to replace missing teeth. More recently, he has expanded his services to include treatment for facial pain, as well as smile enhancements with dermal fillers and Botox therapy.

In addition to these areas, he continually enhances his skills through ongoing seminars and continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry.

Dr. Regan Luders

Dr. Regan Luders practices family dentistry with an emphasis on complete, comprehensive care for her patients, rather than quick, temporary fixes. She believes it is important that every patient feels they are receiving the highest quality dentistry from someone who truly cares and takes the time to listen to their concerns.

Dr. Luders graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2000 and has been proudly serving the Sturgeon Bay community ever since. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Brown-Door-Kewaunee Dental Association. She is also a past member of the Seattle Study Club, a national network of dentists focused on continuing education in comprehensive dental care. She remains committed to ongoing learning and staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Outside of the office, Dr. Luders enjoys life in Door County with her two children. She volunteers with the Sturgeon Bay Moravian Church in the children’s ministry and stays active managing DC Wave Soccer teams. Much of her time is spent supporting her children’s activities and enjoying everything the Door County community has to offer.

Dr. Thomas Peirick

Dr. Thomas Peirick is passionate about delivering personalized, high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Marquette University, completing his dental education in 2018.

With experience in both private practice and group dental settings, Dr. Tom provides comprehensive care including preventive services, extractions, anterior root canal therapy, crowns and bridges, and removable prosthetics. He has also completed additional training in clear aligner therapy to expand the treatment options available to his patients.

Dr. Peirick is a proud member of the American Dental Association and the Wisconsin Dental Association. He is committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the best possible care.

What truly sets Dr. Tom apart is his patient-focused approach. He believes in taking the time to explain procedures and answer questions so patients feel comfortable and confident in their care. His goal is to help every patient achieve better oral health and a smile that reflects their happiness.

Outside the office, Dr. Tom enjoys running, traveling, watching sports, shooting pool, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family. He looks forward to getting to know you and serving the community with compassionate, comprehensive dental care.
